How You Can Help Benson’s: Help Pets in Need

Hurricane Harvey Relief at the Register

We asked. You gave.

Following the devastating floods from Hurricane Harvey in September, 2017, we began a fund drive to raise cash to send to the SPCA of Brazoria County, TX. Brazoria County was one of the hardest-hit areas following the storm, and, in the end, cared for and re-homed thousands of animals during the disaster.

The fund drive raised over $15,500.

We cannot thank our Benson’s friends and family enough for your generosity.

We like to make it easy for our customers to help animals in our community. The pantry helps feed local rescues and shelters. Drop off dog or cat food donations into our collection carts at each location next time you stop in if you would like to contribute. Every little bit helps! With your help we have collected over 45,000 pounds of food to date.

Below are a couple of options that will only take an extra step or two.

Don’t know what to do with all of those cans you have saved up?
Bring them over to our Clifton Park location during regular business hours and we’ll take care of them for you.

All of the money collected from the cans goes directly to Rottie Empire Rescue.
